Who I am
This website is run by Gui Nascimento, doing business as Melo Tech Solutions, based in Saratoga Springs, Utah. For anything privacy related, email gui@melotechsolutions.com.
What I collect
- What you type into forms. The contact form, quote form, and free website check collect what you enter: your name, email, phone if you add it, your business details, your website address, and your message.
- How you found the site. On your first visit, a small first-party cookie (
mts_attr) records the page you landed on, the referring website, and any campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters). It's attached to any form you send so I know which pages and campaigns bring in inquiries. It lasts 90 days and isn't used for advertising. - Basic technical data. Your browser's user agent is stored with form submissions. Your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to rate limit spam and isn't stored with your inquiry.
- Analytics. If enabled, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and a few events, such as starting the quote form or clicking the email link, using its own cookies. IP anonymization is turned on.
Why
To reply to you, prepare quotes, send the results of a website check you asked for, keep spam out, and understand which pages are useful. I don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

- Clerk (sign-in for my private admin area only; it isn't used on public pages)
Emails
When you send a form, you get a confirmation email. If you run the free website check, you get your results by email and I may follow up once to offer help. I don't add you to a newsletter.
How long I keep it
Inquiries are kept as long as they're useful for the business relationship and my records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time by emailing gui@melotechsolutions.com, and I'll confirm when it's done.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
