You do. Your domain is registered in your name, and the content and code belong to your business, whether or not you choose a care plan.
Yes. Care plans are month to month. If you cancel, you keep your site, and I help you move hosting to an account in your name.
Your domain name is paid to the registrar each year, and some features use third-party services, such as booking or payment tools, with their own fees. I list any of these in your proposal before you agree to anything.
