Working together

How much does a website cost?

New small business websites and rebuilds start at $500, and an optional care plan starts at $100 a month. Custom software, mobile apps, and larger projects get a fixed quote after a short call.

How long does a website rebuild take?

Most small business rebuilds take two to four weeks from kickoff to launch. The content already exists, so the timeline mostly depends on how quickly feedback comes back.

Do I own my website?

Yes. You own your domain, your content, and the code for your site. If you ever decide to move on, I hand everything over.

Who will I actually be working with?

With me, Gui Nascimento. I'm the developer who designs and builds your site, so you never get passed between account managers.

Where are you located?

I'm based in Saratoga Springs, Utah, in Utah County. I work with businesses across Utah County and the Salt Lake area, and with clients anywhere in the US remotely.

Do you work in Portuguese?

Yes. I'm Brazilian and fluent in English and Portuguese, so we can run the whole project in either language.

Will my new site show up on Google?

Every site I build includes the technical SEO basics: fast pages, clean titles and descriptions, structured data about your business, and a sitemap submitted to Google. Rankings also depend on competition and on things like reviews and your Google Business Profile, and I'm happy to advise on those.

What happens after launch?

You can take the site and run it yourself, or choose a care plan that covers hosting, security, updates, and small monthly edits.

How fast will I hear back?

I reply to new messages within one business day.

Website design and development

How much does a small business website cost?

New small business sites start at $500 for a focused site. The final price depends on the number of pages and features like booking or online payments, and you get a fixed quote in writing before any work starts.

How long does it take to build a website?

Most small business sites take two to four weeks from kickoff to launch. The biggest factor is usually how quickly content like photos, service descriptions, and feedback comes back.

Do I own my website?

Yes. You own your domain, your content, and the code for your site.

Can you write the content for my pages?

I can help shape the copy so it is clear and search friendly, but you know your business best. We usually work from your notes and a short interview, and I turn that into page copy you approve.

Website rebuilds and redesigns

How long does a website rebuild take?

A typical small business rebuild takes two to four weeks. Since the content already exists, rebuilds often move faster than brand new sites.

Will I lose my Google rankings if I rebuild my site?

Not if the move is planned. I keep important page addresses, add redirects for anything that changes, and resubmit your sitemap, which protects the rankings you have built.

Can you rebuild my site and keep the same look?

Yes. Some owners like their design and only need it faster. Others want a refresh. Either way, the rebuild focuses on speed, mobile usability, and getting more customers to reach out.

WordPress to modern stack migrations

Will my site look different after migrating from WordPress?

Only if you want it to. Most migrations keep the design customers already recognize, and the change they notice is that pages load much faster.

Do I still need plugin updates after the migration?

No. Features like forms and SEO are part of the site itself, so there are no WordPress plugins or core updates to chase.

How much does a WordPress migration cost?

It depends mainly on the number of pages and posts and any custom features. Send the address of your current site through the quote form and I will reply with a fixed price.

Website care plans

What does a website care plan cost?

Care plans start at $100/month. The price depends on how much editing you expect each month and the size of the site.

Can I cancel my care plan?

Yes. Care plans are month to month. If you cancel, you keep your site and I help move hosting to your own account.

Do I need a care plan if you build my site?

No, it is optional. Some owners prefer to manage hosting and edits themselves, and that is fine. The plan is there if you want someone to handle it.

Web applications and custom software

How much does custom software cost?

It depends on scope, which is why every project gets a custom quote. Starting with a small first version keeps the initial cost focused on the problem that matters most.

Who owns the code for my custom software?

You do. The code, the data, and the accounts it runs on belong to your business.

Can you work with our existing database or systems?

Usually, yes. Many projects connect to an existing database, spreadsheet, or third-party tool rather than replacing it.

Mobile apps

Should I build a mobile app or a mobile-friendly website?

If customers visit occasionally, a fast mobile-friendly website is usually enough. If they use it often or need phone features like the camera or notifications, an app can be worth it. I will recommend the cheaper option when it does the job.

How much does a mobile app cost?

It depends on features, platforms, and the backend it needs. Every app gets a custom quote, and a focused first version keeps the starting cost down.

Industrial and machinery software

Can you connect to our existing machines?

Often, yes, depending on what the equipment exposes. Many machines can share data through a controller, gateway, or existing database. We confirm what is possible during discovery before you commit to a build.

How much does industrial software cost?

It depends on the equipment, the data, and the tools you need. Every project gets a custom quote after a discovery conversation.
